Everyone that contacts the Foundation is treated with the same level of respect and privacy as any other legal client. Any information you provide is safe and protected thorough several levels of security. Information is not retained online and you can be certain that is is not shared with anyone outside of the Foundation. Once your situation is resolved or you withdraw as a client, all information is destroyed and files retained by the attorneys are handles in the same fashion as that of all their clients.

The Collaborative Foundation is a non-profit, non-taxable charity organized under section 501c.3. of the Internal Revenue Service Code. Our legal name is the Collaborative Foundation of Wisconsin, Inc. and we were established in Waukesha County in 2013. Our legal place of business is 1288 Summit Avenue, STE 107, Oconomowoc, WI 53066.
Our Mission is to provide legal services at no cost or low cost to Wisconsin families of limited financial resources. We provide those services and support the work of the Foundation through donations made by individuals and corporations supporting our efforts.
