CFW is committed to serving the community by making the Collaborative Process for problem solving available to Wisconsin residents of limited resources through reduced or no fee professional services, and to enhance public awareness of the Collaborative Process through education and research in family law issues.
The Collaborative Foundation of Wisconsin (CFW) is an IRS sanctioned 501c3 tax exempt non-profit charitable organization registered in the State of Wisconsin. It was created in June of 2013. It also provides free informational and education services and materials to the public regarding the Collaborative Process, collaborative law and divorce options.
The Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors and services are provided by volunteer attorneys, mental health professionals and financial experts. All volunteers undergo extensive training in the Collaborative Process and are required to comply with the continuing education requirements applicable to their profession.
